Our boned and rolled turkey joints are ideal for those wanting a smaller roast which is super easy to carve. Our family has been raising free-range Norfolk Bronze turkeys for the holidays for over 60 years. It's what we are best known for, selling hundreds of birds for Christmas around South Oxfordshire each year. Our turkeys are slow-grown, living much longer than any supermarket bird. We feed them a natural diet that is supplemented by the clover rich pasture that they are able to forage on the farm. We dry-pluck our turkeys by hand and hang them to develop the flavour. Our sizes will vary slightly as they are only approximate weights due to the different growth rates which vary according to the season. This year we are stocking Ed Walter's turkeys from Bower Farm, Aldworth. His turkey rearing and processing ethics exactly match ours so we are delighted to be working closely with him this christmas.
